Helipad Identification Beacon / Heliport Locating Beacon
Locating Beacon provide clear direction to your helipad.
The HIB LED medium intensity identification beacon is specified to mark the heliports or airport location. All casting are aluminum, all hardware is stainless steel and the lens is polycarbonate. There is no plastic. All exterior metal beacon parts are powder coat painted for corrosion resistance. Under VFR conditions, this beacon can be seen over 10 miles (16 km) distant. Sealed to IP66 ingress protection.
Morse Code Beacon
Morse Code Beacon shall flash message “H” and peak beam in white shall be 2,500 candelas.
Single Colour Beacon
These all-new LED identification beacon provide long range visibility, even in heavily lighted areas. Plus beacon have an image retaining pulse type of flash for better locatability.
Three Colour Beacon
Three colour beacon shall flash alternately white, yellow, green at the specified flash rate of 36 flashes per minute.
The beacon combines excellent long range visibility (over 10 miles) with image retaining locatability compared to the sharp blink and hard to locate flash of the rotating beacon.
