Perimeter Lights illuminate the landing area for the pilot and are the most important safety feature of any helipad. Microlux offers a full line of state-of-the-art perimeter lights compatible with every type of helipad.

The FAA recommended perimeter colour is green.

Description

HL-IL perimeter lights are one of the most important safety features on your helipad. They are used to mark and illuminate the FATO and TLOF as well as to help the pilot locate the pad and safely land during night operations and inclement weather conditions.These lights are strong enough to drive over.

The HL-IL Perimeter Light, spaced at intervals of not more than 3 meter, should be fitted around the perimeter of the landing area of the helideck or helipad/port

After installation the lens is 1/2 inch above grade (13mm)
